Elexa Land Development Corporation is a company that focuses on the development of lands and properties in developing countries, specifically the Philippines. The company is registered in the Netherlands with a primary focus on management and financial administration, while the execution of different projects is in the Philippines.

Elexa is driven to make ecological and sustainable development with a direction on integrated and diversified farming combined with tourism. Elexa desires to help the community and uplift other landowners through partnerships and cooperation in the near future.

Dutch farm, one of our main projects, aims to bring food security to the Philippines.

We will achieve this goal by working with Dutch agriculturists and by bringing Dutch technology to the Philippines. Elexa believes that securing food for the Philippines is the main step in bringing financial security and growth.

Thereafter, we would like to share all of our gathered resources with the entirety of the Filipino agricultural sector to improve overall output.

This is our story

"From humble beginnings come great things"

Elexa Land Development Corporation is a newly registered company, both in the Netherlands and in the Philippines. The company first started acquiring lands and properties in late 2013 by the CEO Helen Ligutom LL.M. In 2015, a single entity company named K & H Land Development was registered in the Netherlands for the management and financial administration of the projects.

In 2017, a coconut plantation was planned for these properties. However, it quickly became apparent that there were more opportunities for land in the Philippines by the lack of technological and ecological advancements in the agricultural sector. Therefore,  K & H Land Development expanded on the concept of agriculture by initiating plans to develop the 78.59 hectares into an agritourism estate called Dutch Farm. Its core intentions were sustainable agricultural development combined with the unique concepts of an Adventure Park. This Adventure Park, next to the agritourism section of the estates, would include an Aero Tree Top hopping, climbing, and a zipline.

Early 2020, the first business plan for Dutch Farm was initiated to entice investors. This Business plan was finished in the latter period of 2020.

In March 2021, Elexa Land Development Corporation was registered in the Philippines for the different execution and initiation of the projects. K & H land Development was dissolved in August 2021 and replaced by Elexa Land Development B.V.

Mission and Vision

Our vision is to see a future wherein the Philippines has advanced agricultural and touristic sectors.

Our mission is to bring innovation to the agricultural and touristic sectors in the Philippines by developing technologically and ecologically advanced farms and real estate.

Sustainability

While developing in the Philippines, every company should focus on sustainability, as the Philippines is one of the most vulnerable countries to climate change. Therefore, we aim to make as many processes within our organization sustainable. We will aim to source, design, develop, transport sustainability with a low ecological impact.

This goal will be achieved by measuring the ecological impact monthly and by tweaking various processes to have an as low as possible ecological impact.

Moreover, Elexa Land Development will communicate and cooperate with local farmers and stakeholders to reduce the ecological impact of the agricultural and tourism sectors in the entirety of Palawan and the Philippines. We aim to be the leader in ecological advancements.
